You retain all rights to the text, images, and other content you upload to Enviteo. However, by uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing and operating the service.

You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, or violates the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Purchases and Refunds

Certain premium templates or features may require payment. All fees are clearly stated before purchase. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

Enviteo and its services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
